But we also know that you can only provide outstanding care if you have the training, support and information - and the time - you need to do so.

Being Outstanding
Since 2019, we are proud to have been rated "Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which puts us among the top 4% of home care agencies in the country. This rating is backed up by a long list of glowing reviews from clients and their family members. You can read our inspection report here if you're interested.

Ratings mean nothing without the people that earn them. We value every single member of the team at Doris Jones. And to prove this we hold an annual awards event - the "Doris Awards for Outstandingness" - as well as a monthly "All Day Every Day" award for the person recognised as consistently performing beyond expectations.
We also shout out weekly successes in our e-newsletter, hold team events throughout the year, and even send little gifts to individuals who have gone over and above. Doris People are valuable and we want them to know it.
