What our team members say

“I always worked for corporate companies, than decided for a career change. I have discovered a different world with Doris, my needs are seen and considered I am not a number anymore but a woman, and found an office full of other people that care.”

Irene M

“I’ve had the privilege of working for Doris Jones for 12 years and I’ve never looked back. For me, there is no greater reward, and I believe if I can make a client smile then that is all part of my job satisfaction.”

Karen M

“I absolutely love my care job, and the flexibility of the role, which works superbly around my full-time job. The fact that I am making a real difference to people’s lives, their families, and the local community is something I cherish deeply.”

Kate W

“After nearly two years with Doris Jones, I can confidently say I love what I do. Leaving my old job to start as a carer in care has been the best decision I could have made, and I can’t imagine working anywhere else now.”
