We're very proud to have been rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC is the regulatory body for the care industry and they monitor the overall quality of registered care services in England.

Our last inspection resulted in an Outstanding rating, putting us among a very small percentage of the care companies bearing this, the highest rating available.

CQC inspections adopt five "Key Lines of Enquiry", examining the quality of a service based on the extent to which they are deemed Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive and Well-Led. Each line of enquiry receives a rating and are then combined to create an overall rating for the service as a whole.
