It starts with a chat

No two families have the same requirement. We are all unique and understanding that uniqueness is vital to providing outstanding care and support. For that reason, every relationship starts with a simple, no-obligation chat and we go from there.

Whatever your loved one’s circumstances, needs and preferences, we can work quickly to tailor a solution to fit. And as those needs change over time, we will always be there keeping an eye and ready to discuss any necessary adjustments.


Initial chat

A senior member of our Client Services team will spend time understanding where you are on your care journey. We’ll begin to build a picture of what you’re looking for, and you’ll have the chance to learn more about Doris Jones. This first chat can happen in person, online or on the phone – whatever works best for you.


Assessment visit

The next step is to arrange a home visit to talk about your exact requirements in more detail. We can meet any family members, build an understanding of the home environment, and gather all the information we need to create a comprehensive care plan. This visit typically takes a couple of hours but depends on complexity of your requirement.


Visits begin

Once all parties are happy with the plan, visits will start. Throughout the first few weeks, our team will stay in close touch to make sure the new arrangements are working well and everyone is happy. And obviously, our team is always on hand if you have questions, concerns, or just need a little reassurance.

If you choose to use it, you’ll also have access to our free Care Management app on your phone, which gives you up-to-the-minute information on your loved one’s care visits.


Ongoing review

Once all parties are happy with the plan, visits will start. Throughout the first few weeks, our team will stay in close touch to make sure the new arrangements are working well and everyone is happy. And obviously, our team is always on hand if you have questions, concerns, or just need a little reassurance.
