Since 2011, the Doris team has provided care to local people and reassurance to their families. We're proud to have become a part of many families' trusted circles; a service they can rely on to deliver the quality they expect for their loved ones. 

We're not a big, faceless organisation or a national franchise. We are an independent local business, run by local people, supporting local families. We provide homecare services to clients across Southend and the surrounding area.

Over the years, we have employed hundreds of local people. From young adults fresh out of college to those looking to do something "good" with their time after years of 9-to-5 or raising families. We provide full support, training and learning opportunities, great pay rates and, most important, the opportunity to help improve the lives of the elderly in our community.

In addition to caring for our clients and their families, we are committed to driving up the overall quality of care locally. Our Community Engagement team talks to local clubs, community groups and businesses about the world of care. We believe that only when people can tell good care from bad, will the quality of all care improve.
